How to update license

I just renew and get new license key. I am still on version 5.8.7 and use memsql-ops to update license in the past using license file.

I try memsql-ops license-add --license-key

But it did not work, guess because I do not have internet access.
How do I get license file with my new license key ?

MemSQL support had to convert these keys to format eccepted by memsql-ops in version 5
