I have installed memsql-sever, mensql-toolbox mensql-client and mensql-studio, but the server does not start, the client does not work in general, it does not work for me. someone could help me to make the best configuration to be able to install it in my local cumputer.

Can you verify that the MemSQL database is running on that machine? You can run this command to check :
ps aux | grep memsql
