Hello, That error is from either:
Attempting to take a backup from another cluster with the same db name to the backup target, or trying to take an incremental backup to a storage device not accessible by all nodes.
Incremental backup needs this location to be available to all nodes to allow future incremental backups to be taken after node failures, otherwise you would need to take another initial backup to continue further incrementals.
